I wanted to talk to you about how you can stop an ear ringing head. This ringing of the ears is a condition known as tinnitus.

 It doesn’t sound like that big of a deal because it’s just ringing ears, but the fact is that you can’t escape it. It’s more of a mental problem than any sort of physical problem. It doesn’t matter if it is 3 am and you’re trying to fall asleep or you’re reading the morning newspaper, you hear it. I think it is very important to understand why a person gets the condition of tinnitus. The reality is that in some cases, the medical community isn’t sure. They have some theories like ear wax build up or an ear infection, but they really don’t know. The more obvious reason is that it was from loud noise. I’m sure you’ve been exposed to loud music before and your ears will ring for a little after that, but it will eventually go away. Tinnitus is basically the same thing, except the ringing stays with you.

To stop an ear ringing head you have two options available to you. The first is surgery. Doctors will basically do surgery on your ear. This is more complicated and expensive, and you could wake up without the ability to hear. For a more natural approach, you can work with a psychologist on ignoring the ringing. It requires mental exercises on concentration. Try picking up a book and get your head into it and you’ll notice that you’ll stop hearing the ringing. As you practice this more, you’ll train your mind to ignore the ringing all together.
